Streetwise Ministry World Outreach is dedicated to reaching the runaways and throwaways who inevitably make their way to Skid Row. Bobby and Dot Chance reach out to the lost with the soul-saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. They regularly lead teams onto Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to feed and reach out to the thousands of men, women and children who sleep on the streets and call Skid Row "home". They travel the USA from coast to coast, helping lead citywide outreaches in inner-cities areas such as New York City, Seattle, Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas and Miami. The down and out, the down-trodden, the hungry are on their list for giving practically and spiritually.

The blue jacket story: A woman in Santa Rosa, CA, was in the department store looking to buy a coat to give for the Streetwise Ministry outreach. She was looking at girls coats when the Holy Spirit began to prompt her to move to the boys section. She was lead to buy a specific coat on the rack. When Dot was ministering on Skid Row, the coat was given to this young man and it fit him perfectly!
Bobby ministers in song and preaching the word. Dot puts her culinary skills to work to bring a good hot meat to the streets. A hug and words of encouragement are always in order.
