Streetwise Ministry World Outreach is a multi-faceted evangelistic ministry taking Jesus to the streets of the world. Bobby & Dot Chance founded Streetwise Ministry in 1986. This ministry, based in Hollywood, California, reaches out to the lost with the soul-saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Along with ministry to the runaways and throwaways that permeate the streets of Hollywood, Bobby & Dot regularly lead teams onto Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to feed and reach out to the thousands of men, women and children who sleep on the streets and call Skid Row "home."

They travel the USA from coast to coast, helping lead citywide outreaches in inner-city areas such as New York City, Seattle, Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas and Miami.

Beginning in 1982, Streetwise Ministry has helped lead street ministry teams to New Orleans during the annual Mardi Gras, "the world's greatest party," preaching and ministering to thousands who crowd onto Bourbon Street.

Each year at Christmas, Bobby & Dot Chance head up the annual "Happy Birthday Jesus Party" in Tijuana, Mexico to hundreds of poor children, many who live at or near the garbage dump. The ministry blesses these children with food, celebration and for many, the only gift they receive all year.

Teaming up with Bill Henderson's HIS Global Relief and TBN, Bobby has answered the call to worldwide disaster relief, taking Jesus to Port-au-Prince, Haiti... during Cyclone Nargis in Yangon, Myanmar... Hurricane Ike in Galveston, TX and most recently responding to the 7.6 earthquake in Padang, Indonesia.

Immediate plans are being enacted to respond to the 7.3 earthquake that devastated Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Streetwise Ministry World Outreach has also ministered on the streets of Canada, Mexico, Russia and England.

The Chances have appeared on the TBN, PTL and CBN Networks as well as being featured on the Montel Williams Show. Pastor Jack Hayford glowingly endorses Bobby and Dot by saying, "Few people manifest such a genuine compassion for souls... I believe in them." Joyce Meyer commends Bobby and Dot, "I believe in Bobby and Dot Chance... they have a wonderful ministry that is reaching people we all need to care about."
